Master Suite: King bed, en-suite full bath, private outdoor shower with a view.

Bedroom 2: King bed, private patio with sofa seating area and outdoor shower. Shares a full bath with Bedroom 3, plus a private outdoor soaking tub shared between the two rooms.

Bedroom 3: King bed, open patio with wide open views. Shares the full bath and soaking tub with Bedroom 2.

Livingroom

Main living area centers on a large flat screen TV with Roku built in. A mini split keeps the room climate controlled independent of the bedrooms. Doors open straight out to the patio, fire pit and desert views.

Kitchen&dining

Fully stocked kitchen with a five-burner gas range and oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A single-serve coffee maker is ready for slow mornings before the heat sets in. Outdoor shaded dining area with a propane BBQ for cooking with the view.

Outdoors

Private property with 360-degree views in every direction, sunrise on one side and sunset on the other. Propane fire pit, hot tub, and a four-person sauna anchor the outdoor space. A private outdoor soaking tub sits between Bedrooms 2 and 3. Outdoor shaded dining and BBQ area. Tesla EV charger on site.
