The Joshua Tree Art Villa offers three master bedroom suites. Each room showcases unique art, premium linens, and a soaking tub with a private terrace.

Livingroom

The spacious and cozy living room features full-length windows filling the space with natural light and scenic desert views. The warm, inviting atmosphere is perfect for relaxing with your friends and family.

Kitchen&dining

The fully stocked kitchen and dining area features custom countertops and is the perfect space for cooking and gathering.

Bathrooms

In addition to three indoor walk-in showers with desert views, each bathroom features a soaking tub and modern, desert-inspired design.

Outdoors

Enjoy panoramic views, spot local wildlife, and listen to coyotes in the distance. Lounge poolside (heated for an additional fee), soak in the complimentary heated spa, or take a barrel sauna before cooling off under an outdoor shower beneath the open sky. When the sun drops, gather around the fire pit or settle into the hammock zen garden.

Mornings call for a match on the pickleball court, balls and paddles included, or enjoy coffee at one of the bedroom suite outdoor private patios. And anchoring it all: Sky Portal, an original outdoor art installation by renowned designer Gregg Fleishman, frames the desert sky.

Joshua Tree is a vibrant mix of natural beauty and creative energy. From iconic rock formations and scenic hiking trails to local art galleries, shops, and cafes, the area offers endless adventure and inspiration.

Here there is no light pollution, so the stargazing is optimal.

The neighbors are sensitive to noise and lights after 10PM so please be mindful.

It is strongly advised that you arrange for your own transportation while in the desert.

Events & Filming: No parties, events, film shoots, photoshoots, or weddings are allowed without prior written approval, applicable fees, and permits.

No amplified music, loud music, or disruptive noise at any hour, and all indoor music must be kept at a considerate volume during quiet hours.

Pets: We love dogs! One dog per booking is allowed. Please add your dog to your reservation. No other types of animals are permitted.

Pool & Spa: Maintenance is performed twice a week, taking about 10 minutes, and will be done in the outdoor area only.

Want a cozy swim? We can heat the pool to 85°F with 48 hours’ notice. $250/day with a 2-day minimum (helps cover the energy cost to warm and maintain the temp).

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available for $50/hr with prior approval and subject to availability.

High chair & Pack & Play provided upon request

The house is on a dirt road for the last 10 minutes of your drive. Any car can access this road, but please drive slowly to avoid rocks and bumps. This is all part of the desert experience!
